This is an episode with three completely different moving parts that don't intersect for once, but that doesn't make it poorly structured. Instead, smartly, the creators found a way to make everything tie thematically with other - particularly with the Monogram and Carl storyline, which has more depth then you would expect. It deepens Carl's character but also gives a look into Monogram as well, a character who we've barely seen much depth from outside of brief moments in "Where's Perry", and Monty is always great to have around.

I also really love the Candace subplot, which finally asks the question of "why doesn't she ask the neighbor" and of course, it goes about as well as you would expect and leads to a hilarious payoff.
