Ginger has been upgraded in prominence this season takes to being related to Stacy, and because of that has quickly jumped up to be one of the best side characters in the show. Her sisterhood with Stacy hasn't really been touched on that much outside of a funny gag in "For Your Ice Only", so seeing both a small rivalry and a genuine affection for each other is touching, sweet, and also quite funny.
The Doof plot is also very good here too - anytime it's a plot involving old Drusselstein customs it's always funny since they can be really out there and odd, and this is a great example of that, and has a fantastic payoff. Really fantastic stuff here once again.
