Well, it had have happened at some point. 3 stars solely for the fantastic music at the center and some funny lines here and there, but otherwise? This is a surprising disaster on every level from the show. It's a lazy, corporate, almost bizarrely awkward episode for the show, and it doesn't help that it's much longer the most (it's 45 minutes!), and the decision to change up the surprisingly effective format for the last one in favour of an odd live action/animation mix just doesn't work here in the slightest.
It's also a song list that's completely dominated by Summer Belongs to You AND Across the 2nd Dimension, meaning many of the fantastic numbers from the main show are sorely missing here, as well as a number one choice that isn't nearly as good as last time. Pretty much unsalvageable.
