I'm surprised it took them three seasons to get to a premise like this, but having Perry switched out with a regular platypus is such a great idea that also showcases the surreal reality of Doof, Monogram, and the entirety of the O.W.C.A.. That being said, I love how far they actually go with the premise more then it itself - this season has been very good at "logical extremes" and taking episode concepts as far as they can take them.
Plus the Phineas and Ferb plot has some really, really amazing storyboarding and animation. Some of the best of the show up to this point actually - the fun house is a ridiculously entertaining concept and the surreal ideas they come up with are both genius while also wildly colourful and imaginative.
