Probably one of the best episode in terms of pure animation, mainly thanks to a lot of great movement and shading work which really help in making the action scenes in this one pop. It's also a strong introduction for a brand new reoccurring character in Monty, who is a great idea conceptually and has a good arc here and setup with Vanessa.
The Phineas and Ferb plot is really great too, calling back to early as Season 1 while also delivering something unique at the same time. The oranges and reds here are really beautiful too - this is simply a really stellar episodes in terms of animation. Thankfully it also has the depth to go along with it, fantastic stuff.
