This is an episode that would have been a mixed bag if it wasn't for a really fantastic Doof plot which might be one of the best of season. It's a brilliant conceit - giving Doof a more co-worker like relationship with Perry and setting up his slow redemption arc that will build past this is the best decision they could have done and it leads to some really great office humor, fantastic dialogue, and a stellar conclusion.

It's a shame then the Phineas and Ferb plot isn't nearly as interesting - it's still alright but clearly not the focus here, instead being mostly an admittedly fun slapstick fest. Still though, this Doof plot is fantastic enough to elevate everything around it.
