Probably the best Halloween themed episode (that isn't a special) of the show by a landslide. It's so funny, so fast paced, and so unexpected in how it presents itself that it's hard to find a flaw in it. The Twilight parody could have been as simple as making fun of it, but it really doesn't, instead simply crafting a hilarious Candace narrative about mistaken identity and misunderstandings that always manage to work.
It's one of those episode that also has a central conceit and just runs with it wholeheartedly, never ever stopping for a minute. It commits to the gag and sells it, particularly at the end - this might be the funniest ending to an episode the show has ever had, and that's saying something.
