An episode that could have stood to be a little weirder and out there, but as it stands it's still pretty great. The princess is very funny, no doubt because of Ashley Tisdale's hilarious performance, and I do like how everything wraps up at the end. Still, Candace is oddly passive here for an episode centered around her which does make it less interesting.
Still the Doof plot here is pretty great, particularly for how it's a backstory where you can actually feel the anger. Most of his backstories aim to be funny, and this one is too, but it also works emotionally as well which gives it an edge over the rest.
