I've never been a big fan of Suzy, even in her more villainous versions, but the twist of her being pretty much harmless outside of Jeremy is pretty funny and it does give her more depth outside of just "bratty little sister". Still though, she's really passive here to an extent that prevents this episode from being 10/10 material.
It comes really close though outside of that though, particularly with a top tier Doof plot involving a literal carbon footprint. And honestly, this show is consistently at 9/10 to 10/10 material anyways so it being 9/10 is pretty much exactly what you would expect from the show.
