Really enjoying this still but probably the weakest one yet.
Don't get why the Chimera would stop breathing fire right next to Percy, when it has him cornered in a narrow hallway.
Think I'm going to need to read the books now.
This could have (and should have) easily been another 20 minutes longer. This was the shortest episode yet, and there's still so much room for stuff to happen, so I don't see any reason why the episodes have to be this short.

As the trio continue their journey west to Los Angeles they encounter Echidna and the Chimera. Another great episode with solid dialogue providing us with some more of Annabeth's backstory to give us context of her relationship with Grover and others from Camp Half-Blood and explains her behavior with Percy. Percy - trying to fit the role of the hero - attempts to fight the Chimera and ultimately then plunges to his death. And just like that, we're halfway through the first season. I really enjoy how they've been incorporating the Mist into this live-action adaptation. As a viewer, we get to see what the humans and the demi-gods get to see which has been really fun to watch.
I’m actually so excited to see more from Percy’s relationship with Poseidon; I love complicated father/son relationships like this. After all, I genuinely believe Poseidon does care about Percy a lot, but he is going to have to work very hard to proof that to his son after all these years. I really hope that we’ll get a lot of development on that front because I feel like it could be really interesting and emotional if done well.
Really love the show so far, but Leah's acting in this one wasn't great. I wanted to connect with Annabeth more, but I just couldn't. Nevertheless, looking forward to the next episode!
This episode bugged me because the writers don't know the difference between poisonous and venomous and continued to utilize the wrong word over and over in the episode.

This show is extremely bad, like how can something be so horrible.
it's concerning when villains are the best part of an episode. cinematography seems very amateurish, it doesn't lend itself to the flow of the story but rather hinders it. also feels like this series lacks establishing shots: they zoom from location to location like dropping pins on a map.
This episode could have been long 5 minutes and nothing would have changed.
The show is really slow paced I don’t know if I want to get to the end of it.

The VFX is top notch , but sadly this is a show for kids. So , it has way too much plot armour, predictable storylines and very mature dialogues from little kids.
If you're fine with that , you'll probably like this.
