This was definitively the best episode of the season...
Super impressed with Tom Pelphrey's acting in this episode. Such a hard role and he nailed it. He deserves an award in my opinion.
This was a very good and dark episode. The brutality of having your own mentally il brother killed is on another level. That definitely scarred me.
Amazing episode. Simply amazing. Hearthbreaking, sad, exciting, thought-provoking... It left me dumb-founded for quite a long time, not cause of the surprise of it all but how heavy it weighs on the soul.
I never liked Wendy and I like her even less now. Give me the cold calculated emotional void of Marty over the manipulative, backstabbing sly fox that is Wendy.
Excellent acting from all of them though, especially Tom Pelphrey who will be missed.
Watching someone as mentally impaired as Ben react to this situation is both aggravating and heartbreaking, making it extremely uncomfortable to watch. But part of me wonders why Wendy told him anything in the first place when he showed up, knowing how crazy he is?
I mean sure, it wouldn't be hard to piece together, nonetheless, I feel in retrospect she should have done more. Sided with her husband in making him leave, or just kept him in the dark more, IDK what but something!
That was some strong monologue there in the beginning. Such a heavy episode. Still weighing down on me now.
Some fantastic acting in this episode.
ouch this was heartbreaking... i couldn’t stop crying watching the car scene. excellent performances by laura linney and tom pelphrey.
I watched this episode late at night, with noise canceling headphones on. The next morning my roommate asked "what were you watching at midnight that made me question if you were being attacked by all the 'oh fucks!' I heard."
I knew Uncle Ben gon die as soon as he came to know their business.
The addition of Tom Pelphery to this season is so good
He's done perfectly in his role as a mental illness patient
Wtf episode again mentaly breakdown so annoying
Ben frustrated me and annoyed me for most of the episode but I do feel bad for him now.
Julia Garner and Tom Pelphrey were such a great couple
their acting were killing
All I have to say is wow.... heartbreaking a sister can do that to her own brother..... what a great episode, the just keep getting better
Might be the lack of oxygen due to being confined for 2 weeks that made me feel a little bit too attached to the character, but honestly watching this episode made me feel sick. I started episode 10 but I instantly switched it off. I'll watch it tomorrow.
I knew the moment he purchased that phone that Wendy was gonna have her own brother killed. That’s fucked up!
Hope we aren’t suppose to feel sorry for Wendy, she caused all of this, she was the one that asked him to stay and its was either for her selfish reasons or just to get back at Marty either way it’s her fault Ben is dead or at least that what it seems like although we didn’t see a dead body so who knows.
This is not an accurate description of bipolar for 99% of people. This is the 1%, the crazy, the lil bitch mode. It's almost hard to watch its so bogus
Tom Pelphrey already was the best that happened in Iron Fist, impressive that he managed the same within the outstanding cast of Ozark.
I only wonder about the script. The Byrds knew about his problems, so they had to know the risks of having him around them.
Best episode of the show. So far. Laura Linney and Tom Pelphrey give a masterclass of acting.
Introduce a fucked up guy that has a complex relationship with Ruth, have him cross the Byrdes and then have Helen kill him… when have we seen this happen? Oh, last season too!
83 | This is just too much. From start to the end there is so much pressure, especially for Wendy. She tried whatever she could until she had a breakdown. What a brilliant performance by Laura Linney and Tom Pelphrey. They gave such emotional moments throughout the ninth episode. One of the hardest decisions ever is to protect a family at the cost of someone you love.

"Helen is a murderer." Lol
Another boring episode. The whole mental issue storyline has ruined this season. If I wanted to watch a show about mental health, I would go watch a show about it but not expect it in this type of show.

Tom Pelphrey is absolutely stealing the show.
