Ozark: Season 3

3x08 BFF

Tom Pelphrey's (Ben) character arc - his bioplar swing - in this episode was just an insanely good piece of work. Dude should get a nomination for this episode.

Bye bye Ben. Nice knowing you.

Yikes, this is going to come back to bite them. Crazy or not, Ben still isn't wrong.

Ben’s character arc is painful. Not in a bad way, just painful to see an obviously good person struggle. Ruth deserves a good person in her life, but Ben’s a handful even for her. Just tragic.

The mental health story line is stupid & boring AF.

God damn this episode was insane. I don't see this ending well for Ben. He just yelled at the wrong person.

Another nonstop bickering episode. How on earth this get a fourth season? People really enjoy watching people fight back and forth forever?

I felt so absolutely not sorry for Wendy. Even in this episode she had the opportunity to reduce the harm for Ben and his potential to harm others. And she bitterly opposed it.
This should only be the beginning of the price she'll have to pay for all her sins.

I just love Laura Linney's acting. In this episode she is completely marvelous.

Where the hell was Helen's bodyguard/driver anyway

76 | Bipolar is a real deal. It is a huge problem especially if it involves dangerous people such as money launderers and drug cartel lawyers. We kind of see that coming from miles away. The bomb (Ben) had already blown up and we could only pray to God to solve this stuff. Wendy Byrde gave an emotional performance regarding her brother. She love her brother and she did not give up on him. You can't give up on someone you love. That's why might be it time for Marty to handle it, and help Wendy to decide on Ben's faith. So there would not be an even worse problem.

Ben, why? You already realise Helen is dangerous, why would you up and do that?
I'm not expecting Ben to survive this season.
But good someone finally told Erin. Even if it was a death sentence. That's the only way to really hurt Helen.

anyone else thinks Ben is a clone of Ruth's dad? looks alike, can be extremely violent or sweet. Also, the way Ben was acting in the hospital reminds me of Cade when he was in jail.
