Feel so sorry for Mason.

At first I thought this episode just felt like a filler, but by the end my opinion couldn't have been more different.

Marty really wore a checkered green shirt just like Walter White's. This hits home on an especially surprising level.

What a turn of events!

This was a very silly episode.

By now it's starting to feel like this show suffers from the superhero issue, where you always have to raise the stakes so now they have 20 high stakes things happening at once.

Just slow down.

I hope this isn't an indicator of what's to come in the later episodes...

For the first time in this episode, Marty is seen panicking.

76 | After six episodes in season 2, Ozark finally gave Marty proper character development. Many of the people he trusted betrayed him plus what happened in this episode would make him a different person. This episode had moral values that questioned us as humans. What made sin a sin? And what made a good deed a good deed? The truth is no marked path distinguishes both of them. The good path is so hidden that humans sometimes misjudge and choose the path that seems to be the only way for them.
