Meh is right. Orel taking a sermon the wrong way (this time the lack of lost souls for Rev. Putty to save) as an invitation to bring sinners to Moralton is a decent enough premise, but the result of him inadvertently turning into a pimp was one of those lazy blue punchlines without any real satirical bite to it. There was some amusing stuff in Sintown (like the cartoonish horror of Catholics!) but for the most part this was a pretty slack episode that lacked any of the show's best satire or absurd conclusion.
