8.5/10. I have to admit, this one gets by mostly on the songs. Morel Orel has always had a certain musical bent to it, but from the opening anti "smarty pants" to Christein's solo about Jesus no longer being a Jew, to Orel's keystone song about how Judas hates Jesus, this one was musical fun from beginning to end. It seemed like they were going somewhere with the musical creator trying to convince his old bandmates and Christein's fancy broadway producing uncle that he was a good songwriter, but it just kind of ends without much of a point beyond that this guy is unhappy, which, hey, is something I guess. Still, this one does well with just living up to the fun of the comedy and the amusing songs, which made it worth it for that alone.
