This was pretty much just one long gross out joke. I'm not opposed to puerile humor in my comedic entertainment, but there wasn't much of a point to the story here beyond "Watch people drink Orel's pee!" The idea about it being a gross misreading of a sermon on waste is a fine enough hook, but the episode didn't do much with it beyond some standard gross out routines. Orel's dad taking more and more bites of cereal was the one moment where the cleverness of the gag shone through the toilet humor, but otherwise this one was, ironically, kind of a waste.
