Definitely an improvement upon the previous episode. A bit more depth to Shades, Misty being as brilliantly charismatic as in season 1, Luke beating up a guy to great tunes, things starting to unravel.
Luke works to tests the limits of his abilities, Claire looks for any means in which she can help Luke, and Misty comes to realize things will be a lot more challenging for her without an arm. Meanwhile, Mariah goes to visit her daughter and Shades gets very defensive for his girlfriend that he kills a wealthy man. I'm intrigued to see where Bushmaster is headed and when he'll meet with Luke. The best part of the episode was when the old lady offered Luke some coffee. She probably meant it literally but Luke politely declined her offer.
All I kept thinking at the end was "he's tearing up this lady's house".
So Luke's been upgraded. And is testing his limits. Publicly. While Bobby tries to make sponsor money. OK...
He's getting overconfident and excessively violent. That could lead to a bit of a story.
Yeah yeah, we get Misty could work with a missing arm. But she's mostly fucking things up there.
Mariah and daughter fake relationship will probably be annoying, but interesting part is she sells Bushmaster's wild spices.
And Shades ? Wow, so he really got a thing for Mariah then. And a bit of a temper. He seemed smarter before. Maybe a conflict with the daughter might be nice.
I hate Luke’s one-liners with a fiery passion. Super cheesy.
Misty's gift is awesome.I love that speech in the end.
Problems in the relationship parents / children-children / parents
ESPNs terrible duo to start the episode off, not a good sign. The Police station scene with Misty and all the cops staring or whatever was really bad. The only thing good about this show is Luke Cage.

Love the music in Luke Cage. I wouldn't even mind if there was a full musical performance like this with interwoven scenes in every episode.
