Is there such a thing as too much Mama for MeTV? From 'Batman' and 'The Andy Griffith Show' to 'Gilligan's Island' and 'Get Smart,' we've dropped Vicki Lawrence's iconic character into scenes from MeTV's library of memorable entertainment television.
This was the pilot episode, which was the first to air. Along with "The Family" regulars Vicki and Betty White, the episode introduces Aunt Fran, Vinton, Naomi, Buzz and Sonja. Vinton and his two children move back home after being evicted, disrupting the "happy" home life of Thelma and her sister, Fran (Rue McClanahan), who threatens to move out.
