I loved it. I'll guess those who rated this ep bad are my American friends ;-)
first disappointment in the anthology...
Apparently the most polarising one so far? I absolutely loved it because I'm into absurd humour, others hated it, presumably because episodes like 1 and 3 set a wholly different tone.
Style is nothing special. There are basically no character. The story is straightforward and narrated. And it's very short.
It's all in the concept, however the concept is pretty cool. Execution is just a bit lacking.
A very American-like internet humor that takes the most mundane object in our life and turns it into a tired cliche of Cartoon Network villain: smart and in a quest of power. It's juvenile and boring, even Maurice LaMarche's narration can't save it.

Worst episode of the season
more of a corky ridiculous story it was still fun though highly original
and love the narration by the brain himself from Pinky and the Brain
I thought the narrator voice sounded like the voice of Brain from Pinky and the Brain (who wants to take over the world), then funnily enough, when I looked up the filmography of that voice actor, it totally was him, haha!
Wow, this episode is bad as fuck
Pretty mediocre and super short with very little purpose behind it, but the narration by Maurice LaMarche is top notch and helps make this funnier than it actually is. It's a shame that it was over before it actually got anywhere. I did like the visual style quite a lot.
Dude How did this make it to the show?
I thought this one was great, and just as plausible to me at this point as Godzilla or zombies, or whatever else might come along and destroy humanity (or save it). If someone's working on this for real though, please hurry up.
Solid "what if" scenario with a cool art style.
A ridiculous concept, which is wisely cut short so it didn't become even more dumb.
If you are looking for more camp, more horror, and a longer runtime, but addressing a similar theme, there’s always “The Stuff” - https://m.imdb.com/title/tt0090094/
I honestly thought Neil Gaiman was narrating. This episode gave me that vibe.

Honestly, I loved it. This episode is so absurd and insane it's exactly my kind of humor.
The social commentary here might not be as on the nose as it has been in other episodes, but oh it's there and it has something to say about the state humanity is in.
I actually really hope the show provides more "out of the box" episodes like this one.
