A child is run over by an Alfa 33 which runs away without helping him: the agents investigate to discover the identity of the hit-and-run driver. Sandro Scano, murderer of his wife, has been released from prison and wants to take revenge on Inspector Guerra.

Giancarlo Anelli, Pietro's companion at the police academy, assists the search, but kills the key witness under suspicious circumstances. Fabrizio works on a possible case of circumvention of an incapacitated woman by a beautiful foreigner against an elderly man.
