clip show episodes aren't my thing but it makes some fun comments about other shows doing these kinds of episodes while also having its own interesting spin on it, in good sunny fashion
this ep had a couple great moments with the alternatives to dennis leaving (!!), the two charlies, the seinfeld bit, and frank's freakishly long legs ("it's a burden being tall") but overall this is the weakest ep of the season so far for me
episode starts of weirdly enough to quality for interesting watch, 10 mins in and the meta game gets deeper and deeper every possible time.

The Seinfeld clip is genius ! It's short and yet they got it completely. Awesome !
[8.1/10] So for a while, I thought this was going to be an honest-to-god clip show. They played it straight (if a bit slanted) for most of the first act there. And it would make sense, with everyone’s busy schedules, that they might try to save money and time with one.
But then things get weird, and recursive, and reality-warping in an absolutely brilliant way. All the bits about how we remember things affecting the reality, and Charlie and the rest of the Gang taking that literally was a fun tack. The riffs on everything from Seinfeld to Inception were really well-observed, and the show kept you guessing while making it funny at each turn. The way this show manages to turn an episode like this into a commentary on clip shows, a commentary on memory, and a commentary on pop cutlure and the show’s on history all at once is amazing. Such a good season!
Overall, another adventurous and endlessly creative episode of the show.

well... the second half definitely gets WAY better. also now I wanna see a whole episode done like that Seinfeld bit
As someone who has Inception as their fav film of all-time, this didn't work for me. It just felt empty. A rare 6 for this show.

It starts like an actual generic lame clip show but soon it becomes something else!
