Not much about this episode gave me any different feelings than what we had last season. Still a bunch of side stories that aren't as appealing as the main one, and so many plots points that make no sense.
I really hope I'm wrong, but doesn't look like it yet.
Great start of season but... I found it odd that a military truck in the US would have containers bearing a large label "PETROL" since its called gas in most of America. Furthermore, military vehicles all use deisel not petrol. Perhaps the writers are all European.
I do like these alien invader type shows but these rebels ( as I call them ), you would think they would want to be a bit stealth instead of driving around with a big Masterchef logo on their vehicles.
The spaceship parts were good. The rest not so much and silly. I was very suprised the store had any fuel when there was very little else available. Why the hell 17 seconds and not, like 15 or 20 seconds!
I hate her ANEESHAS son, Lue. He is a little brat.
The same nonsensical writing, mediocre acting and situational behaviour that is just laughably bad.
But hey, now you know you always have 17 seconds when you rob a fueling station and there is just one Molotov Cocktail sniper on planet Earth.

Solid first episode to start the 2nd season. I hope it remains more cohesive than the first season was. But my suspension of disbelief was shattered when they claimed Heinz 57 sauce could make a realistic substitute for fake blood...:rolling_eyes:
I really love episodes with Mitsuki. I'm so intrigued by her storyline and her abilities to communicate with the aliens.
This was a pretty good premier for season 2. We're introduced to some new possibilities about the aliens and I have more questions than ever. I'm really hoping this season answers some of those questions and reveals how some of these storylines are connected.

This second season has a sleepy start, that prelude a boring future.
I really liked the 1st season and waited a while for the second, i think it was a good start. I hope they haven't forgot the marine guy (although they might) as they will start a side story with the leader of the resistance.
Nikhil is gross and I hope he gets wacked quickly.
