this season sucks i can't watch this any more
People like to hate on this season and, yeah, it's not as rip-roarin' as Season 3 or 4, but it is up to the baseline quality of the series. And anyone who has read the books can tell you that the dip is probably due to the fact that the best book, Storm of Swords, is the basis for Season 3 and a chunk of 4. A season that only had books 4 and 5 to lean on is obviously going to suffer. Excited to see if I'm enjoying myself this much in the hated final seasons.
I have no idea why Bran was totally absent from this season. For a person who becomes very important later on, he should have had more screen time. And this season includes two of the most horrible scenes in the whole show so far, which are hard to justify since they were not in the books. I liked the previous seasons better.
Sucks we have to wait like a month for the next episode! lol
Season 5's last three episodes were superb, especially episode 10. I would hope that season 6 keeps the intensity rising. Overall, great series thus far.
I thought this season won't be as good judging by the reviews, but actually it was a solid one. Season 4 was just a tiny bit better though.
This is the season where the authors supposedly started taking their own direction as the show has finally caught up with the books. Even though it's not a bad season per see, the pacing has got terribly slow again. I would have called it a filler season if it weren't for the last couple of episodes. It all ends with a huge twist, but considering the character involved, I am pretty sure that things are not as they seem, not without making good use of the long-waited reveal first.
Daenerys' storyline is obviously going to take the lead in the future, but I thought it was pretty since the beginning of the second season. Judging by what happens in the season finale, it looks like she is still going to walk in circles for one more season.
Just for the fact alone that Sansa was unnecessarily raped this season is the worst one of all.
This was...pretty good. Not as good as the first four seasons but still good. The last four episode were good, but there was an extreme lack of momentum for the first 6. Hardhome was near-perfect and sticks out like a sore thumb among the rest of the episodes, and is probably the reason why I'm giving this an eight and not a seven.
This season is the weakest of the series i would say, quite few of forgettable moments, frustrating scenarios, but there was some great stuff too. The finale tho, fucked me up, i need to know what happened now.
Easily the weakest of the first 5 seasons. The last 3 episodes are great, but the first 7 are nothing special.
Winter has come.
Well season 5 of Game of Thrones has come to a end and I'm just going to say it, this is my least favorite season. I'm not saying that it's terrible or anything like that, this is still a good season but not the best one. You may disagree with me on this one, but I haven't seen anyone saying that this they favorite season, well must of the people are saying that this is they least favorite one and they die hard fans of the show and so I'm I. These a lot of good and some flaws in this season.
All the cast in the show all do fantastic as always. It's a big cast and me naming them off will take forever, but once again the biggest stand out was Tyrion Lannister played by Peter Dinklage and Jon Snow played by Kit Harington. Every since the beginning of the show they been impressing me with they outstanding performance's. Both of them are my favorite character's, until last nights episode when one of them got killed and if you seen the final episode of season 5 you will know what I mean. But anywhere all the cast did great.
The best episode of season 5 and probably the whole season is the episode called Hardhome, Oh my god this episode was both intense and terrifying. The episode was nightmare worthy and freaked me out, I mean winter has came and it was scary as hell. And the episode has a scene with Tyrion and Daenery and they scene was my favorite between the two, I mean Tyrion putting some sense into her head is probably the best thing I've seen this season, because I was starting to hate Daenery a bit for everything she's done and how much of a terrible leader she is. I'm happy that Tyrion is there to tell her how you should do it.
But this season has in my opinion the weakest episode in the whole season and that was Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken. I know some people hated that episode as well just because of that rape scene and I hear a lot of defending it by saying stupid things like: "Oh these been rape, beheading, people being cut in half and being burned alive in the past season's, but this is the episode where every lose they sh*t. It's fictional, it's not real, get over it". Okay let me just tell you this, to those who are defending the rape scene and saying get over you sound like a real ass hat for saying stupid sh*t like that, I mean get over it? rape isn't something to get over it, even it's frictional rape is still effective. Yes they was rape that happened before in the past seasons but that as well almost stopped me from watching it by watching the first episode of the first season. Now that's not the only thing why I think that episode was poor was because it was boring, dull and nothing special at all.
Now overall I still think that is a good solid season, just not the best compared to the others.
it was s*** season 5 ( for me ) for some it was good, im just saying i did not like it at all
Weak season, but it sets huge expectations for the next one. The last three episodes try to compensate for the other seven... Let season six come.

This season has less flair, bloodshed everything seems so contrived ; too many story arcs to follow or just maybe GOT raised bar high it's difficult to measure up.
