Genuinely impressed and relieved at the return to some great cinematography and character moments in this premiere. Sucks that the bounty hunter Emile couldn’t stick around longer he was terrific. Isaac was also really likeable. This episodes gives Morgan some really nice added mythos and has me excited for Fear for the first time in a long time.

I have made it clear (no pun intended) with comments on previous episodes that I hated seasons 4+5.
However, this season premiere was decent, to my surprise.
Maybe because it was an episode only with Morgan.
Maybe because it couldn't get any worse.
I hope the rest of the season is watchable.
PS I still don't like the pretentious western approach
“Morgan Jones is dead. You’re dealing with someone else now.” That one line got me more excited for this show than I’ve been since I started watching it two months back. It’s had some good parts but nothing has excited me more than seeing a ruthless Morgan return and finally move away from the pacifist nonsense. I get it, but it just made things more boring.
Hoping the rest of the season stays enjoyable. I’ve been watching the original Walking Dead since Season 3 was airing so I’m very comfortable with suspending some disbelief and weird decisions to enjoy the show for what it is, but the last two season of Fear were largely slow. Looks like that might change here, finally.
wow! One of the best episodes in my opinion. Nice start on the season. More then that i have only one think to say. MORGAN YOU ARE THE KING!
I hope that key isn't for that subs missiles or something stupid like that.

Best episode of FTW in a long time and after season 5 it was needed hope it keeps it up for the season.
Is there hope for this show when Morgan doesn't have stick stuck in his ass anymore? I hope so.
This was better than the entire previous season. A much better suited role for Morgan, and a new promising direction for the show.
I fear that we may have lost a great villain with Emile though, what an incredible performance .

after the disappointments of WD finale and WD World Beyond premiere, this was a damn good episode of FWD. lets hope they keep this up
