Nicki Chapman is on a property-hunting mission in Dorset with a young couple from Surrey who are seeking a rural home for their £350,000 budget.
As well as looking at potential houses, Nicki also heads to the southernmost tip of the county and bravely attempts to scale the limestone cliffs on the Isle of Portland.
