Elinor, Olive, and Ari use shapes, colors, and patterns to hide so that the Goat Twins can't spot them. Elinor decides to be an owl for the costume parade.
Elinor learns that different plants grow in different environments. The kids learn that flowers are colorful and aromatic to attract bees and find ways to draw customers to their bake sale table.
Elinor, Olive, and Ari are happy to welcome new members to The Explorer's Club, but as more and more kids join, a big problem arises: their clubhouse isn't big enough to fit all the new Explorers! It's time for the Animal Town picnic, but Ari is growing impatient waiting for Ms. Llama's famous ketchup, which just won't come out of the bottle. Meanwhile, Elinor and her friends follow a bee to its hive and observe the honey-making process, where they discover that honey is goopier when it has less water in it.
It's a wintery Saturday morning and Elinor, Olive, and Ari are getting ready to go out and play in the snow with other kids, but Olive wonders why she has to wear so many winter clothes. Elinor becomes fascinated by the Velcro on Ari's new watch and convinces her friends to help her find out how it works. First, they make a list of what Velcro sticks to and what it doesn't stick to, but they need more observations, so they head out onto the playground.
Elinor, Ari, and Olive have new members for their club, but there's not enough room for everyone in the clubhouse! They look for help from their snail friends, Norma and Lulu. They figure out that they can expand the clubhouse.
Animal Town is having its Town Picnic, and Ari is getting impatient of waiting for Ms. Llama's ketchup. They find out that the ketchup is taking a long time to pour out of the bottle due to it being too goopy! They figure out that adding water can make things more runny!
Animal Town is having its Tomato Festival, and Elinor, Ari, and Olive are participating in the Tomato Drop! But, they can't keep the tomato from smushing! They figure out that they can use something as a chute to keep the tomato from smushing.
The kids are learning how to play soccer, but Elinor and Ari aren't as good as the others. Elinor can't kick the ball as far, and Ari keeps catching the ball with his hands! They figure out that everybody has their own special ability.
Elinor, Ari and Olive play Snow Tag with their new friend, Gael the lynx; Ari makes friends with a rock.
Olive and Elinor learn about echoing voices when playing Marco Polo with Ari; while at the lake, Elinor and her friends realize they can't see ears on certain animals.
Olive creates a lending library so she can share her books with everyone in Animal Town; Elinor, Olive and Ari make a Nature Walk for Nature Day at school.
Olive wants to organize something special for her mom's birthday; Elinor, Ari and Olive make spiderweb decorations for Ms. Mole's classroom.
Ari and Olive make Elinor's favourite snack, backyard soup, when she is stuck at home after hurting her foot; Elinor becomes fascinated with dandelions.
Fluttering moths distract the kids when they try to sing their new Sunny Summer Song; the kids give away peaches to their friends in Animal Town.
Elinor gives Hazel some strawberry seeds to grow at home; the Exploring Club goes on a musical march in the forest.
