Utter garbage. Every story sucked. Tory was the only with something going on but in the end she even kissed the wrong guy.
It´s a pity. Season 1 was off the charts - completely revitalized a franchise that really just had one good movie - in my opinion the series was even better. Season 5 buries it. I´m wont say anything else. Why bother.
They need to wrap it up, Chozen made this season!! Otherwise it would be a pretty boring season. Don’t want to spoil anything, show kinda lost it’s magic . Compared to the first few seasons.
Tory has been the best character and they decided to completely ruin her character this season. Show is trash now.
Ewww! Expecting Chris Pratt to make a cameo at any point now.
All the men are stupid and make bottom-barrel decisions.
The plot is ridiculous, at this point, I'm just hate-watching.
A baddass final episode is what saves a season with some truly bad plot ideas (the Mexico trip!! Wtf)
This was an exasperating watch. Took a while to get through it. I thought few of the stories made much sense, the action faltered in places and the dialogue was a struggle. Chozen was the standout character. Season 6 should be the end of the show.
It's crazy that this show has yet to falter in terms of quality after 5 seasons. This is perhaps the biggest season yet with a huge cast and because of that I'm not sure that everyone gets their fair of screen time, but I also think that no screen time time was wasted on any of the characters. I thought that the cast was balanced very well for the most part, and I enjoyed what we got out of most every character. Terry Silver is a great villain and his presence over the whole season was really felt. This season (like always) also just had great writing. They were able to craft many different plot lines that were equally engaging, and eventually weave them together in a seamless and satisfying way. There were also some great character moments in this season and great dynamics between certain characters. Lots of payoff to seeing characters come together and embrace each other despite their differences. Because of this there is a lot of emotional payoff between characters that was really engaging. And of course there are some great action sequences. Yes it's quite melodramatic at times, but this show as a whole plays into that tone and doesn't shy away from it. I think that this is one of the best pure TV shows out there right now, and this season continued to match the high bar that the show has set for itself.

I wasn't a big fan of season 4, I wrote a comment here on Trakt after finishing that season - where I said the show was "getting a bit stale". Well, this season was a MAJOR improvement. There were only two episodes that didn't blow me away, but they were still very solid.
Two things I wanted: Confirmation as to whether or not Tori is Mike Barnes' daughter (but I personally think she's the daughter of Ned Randall from "The Next Karate Kid"). Speaking of "The Next Karate Kid", I personally enjoyed that movie when I was younger (but through adult eyes I recognize that it's the weakest film in the franchise) so I'd really like to see Hilary Swank make a return before this series wraps up.

COBRA KAI IS BACK, BABY. Last season kind of faltered a bit and this one flopped around a bit at the start but the back half of this season was some of the best it's ever been.
