Feel like it’d be best to rewatch the second film before the next episode
The reunion with Kumiko is one of the sweetest and most satisfying I’ve ever seen. Kudos to the producers for making that happen.
Definitely dibs on older Kumiko!
Yes it's Chozen! and Kumiko!
This episode seemed cheesier and odd to me. The acting and direction were off too. The teacher may be one of the worst actors I have ever seen.
Nice, Daniel indeed stayed at Japan for a while. Going back to some of his roots was nice :)
Demetri and Yasmine are becoming very interesting: "My popularity's on the rise, while yours is steadily declining. But, uh, maybe we can meet in the middle, like a sexual Venn diagram." xD
Hawk being a smart bully can be really annoying/frustrating (in a good way). "Yeah, she definitely triggered me in my safe space. [...] She's right guys. We should stop the aggression. Micro and macro." Man, that soccer match was heated (Sam clearly wasn't focused on playing the game xD).
Kumiko reading Mr. Miyagi's letters to Daniel was so emotional (I got wet eyes).
Johnny visiting Miguel was already unexpected and then he even moved away his phone. Man, that was a moment, before Miguel fell and Johnny just stood there: "Oh, shit. It's alright. You fell like a champ. Nurse!"
And then, when it feels like there's more hope, Kreese visits Robby... :o I really hope that Daniel and(/or) Johnny can eventually get through to him (don't like him regressing towards his past self).
I'm also not sure how the scene at the very end will be continued but IIRC their dispute ended after the final fight at the second movie but I might misremember that, especially since he really hated Daniel (so maybe the happy ending was just that he didn't kill Daniel?).
Who is on the right path? xD
