In the series premiere, investor & local bar and restaurant mogul, Alan Glazen, must decide to invest in one of two up-and-coming small businesses: artisanal bagel maker The Cleveland Bagel Company or Styles of Success, a hair salon-suites concept. He gives both enterprises only 48 hours to open a one-day pop-up store to prove their worth--but only one will earn his backing and the chance to open in Gordon Square.
