Dr Chris Brown and Dr Lisa Chimes head out to the burnt regions of the Blue Mountains the day after some of the most intense bushfires on record to help pets and wildlife caught in the fire zone.

A snapping turtle at the Australian Reptile Park needs to be weighed but just getting him out of his enclosure requires a team of willing staff. Plus, Georgie, a small rescue dog, is brought in to the clinic to see Dr Chris Brown. Georgie has a growth on her leg and Chris discovers another lump in her mammary glands that is possibly more sinister.

Dr. Chris Brown is heading to the Halls Gap Zoo in Western Victoria where a Lemur has an infection in her tooth that could become a major problem for little lemur. Plus, he is also asked to take a look at some of their sheep that have hoof issues, but nothing is ever as simple as it seems when these sheep turn out to have long sharp horns and a very skittish behaviour.

When it comes to animals, it is always best to expect the unexpected. On this special episode of Bondi Vet, we look back at some of the most embarrassing cases that Dr Chris and the team have ever faced.

Chris is in Cairns working at the local Marlin Coast Vet Clinic. He has a busy time in the tropic north treating a large crocodile that lost a fight and a monster phython which is eating local pets.

Chris is called to a local crocodile park to treat a 5.4 metre monster with savage wounds to his snout after coming off second best in a fight. Lisa must deal with Golden Retriever who collapsed while running in the park and is now in serious trouble.

Chris is shocked when a Currawong is brought into the clinic after being speared by a wooden skewer. The spear has been there for weeks and must be delicately removed. Lisa is confronted by a hysterical little girl whose beloved dachshund woke up paralyzed.

Chris entrusts this operation to the one person that can pull it off, Dr Andrew Marchevsky. Tim Faulkner travels to a Tasmanian Devil Sanctuary to deal with a baby devil born at the wrong time of the year.

Chris is heading to South Africa on a special mission. He is visiting the Shamwari Game Reserve to assist in a contraceptive programme for elephants, but things go wrong when a bull elephant is darted.

Chris is attending to an extremely rare case. Charity the lamb was born without hooves on her right side and without some form of intervention, her life will be cut short. Chris suggests something untried on a sheep in Australia : prosthetic hooves. Plus, a tiny pup is brought into SASH presenting all the signs of the deadly and highly contagious Parvo Virus.

Dr Chris Brown is called out to visit 42 year old Galah, Pretty, who has a fast growing lump on his leg that is deeply concerning to his owner Maurizio. Chris also responds to an SOS from a suburban family held hostage by a massive unwanted houseguest.

When goat Monty enters the Bondi Vet Clinic, the vet nurses are all smitten until they discovery what the cute four week old is harbouring on his skin. Meanwhile, Dr. Chris heads to the Melbourne Sealife Aquarium to assist in their shark artificial insemination program which includes catching the shark!

Ziggy the cat has a big problem - he weighs almost a third more than he should. Chris needs to re-educate both the cat and the devoted owner, to ensure the cat's deteriorating health is not compromised further. Plus, a young French Bulldog's airways are so blocked it is having trouble breathing and needs surgery. At the Australian Reptile Park, Tim Faulkner helps train-up his staff to handle some of the world's most venomous snakes ... without anyone getting bitten.

In this very special episode, Dr Chris Brown travels to England to fulfill a dream he's always had about working in the UK. Chris is invited to a clinic in Cornwall presented with all sorts of animals.

Dr Chris Brown makes an emergency visit to the Australian Reptile Park when two Tassie Devils babies are struck down with a mystery illness leaving them close to death.
