A tad better than this seasons premier episode. Sterling seems to be undergoing a bit of a metamorphosis, as he may be struggling with both Mallory not being there to light the (I'll show YOU", fire under Archers butt, and, possibly actually growing from the worlds greatest (in his own mind) but most immature semi azzhat spy, to one that actually (as he mentioned several times) give a shizz about the others in his team / id est now family. (with both Woodhouse and Mallory gone) So, the juxtaposition is him at first basically blowing the others off, then, kind of going out of his way to make sure they are successful, while trying to appear aloof to the whole mission.
Hmmmm.... Fabian either has some REALLY weird ideas about "team building" exercises, (pretty much the old "throw them into the deep end of the pool and see if they sink or swim) OR, he has a hidden agenda as a "corporateer" trying to either destroy the agency, for unknown gain, or out of some as yet to be revealed spite, perhaps? Yet he DID send the supply drop, so we'll have to wait for the net episode(s).
