So first, let me say that I enjoyed it and will probably watch again someday when I want some mindless violence.
That said.. Seriously, this movie is so freaking close to Die Hard, it borders on plagiarism.

Similarities: - one man who is down on his luck perseveres against a small fanatical group to save the day - good guy and bad guy taunt each other in the same building via radios - good guy gets to the bad guys first "sub objective" first (explosives is to die hard as little kid is to OHF) - helicopters come to save the day, but the bad guys are ready and decimate the rescuers - main bad guy and good guy fight 1v1 with their loving wife.. err, president watching on
Eh, anyway.. I liked it and would recommend.
Side note: every big blockbuster for this summer had a trailer when I went to see this. I hate watching trailers, but man am I stoked for this summer. Iron Man 3, Oblivion, After Earth.. Nom.
You forgot to mention the whole "I'm a good guy lets relax with a smoke... Fooled you! I'm actually one of the main bad guys"... Done well in Die Hard, less so here.
