I agree. She's a failed character that should just be cut loose. They're likely keeping her around for some future feel-good reconciliation with Leonard. Problem is the character is irredeemable at this point.

I just can't stand Leonard's mother. She's such an awful character and I'm always so close to skipping episodes where she appears. She's insulting, rude, heartless and one-dimensional. And I definitely don't feel differently about her just because she seems to be upset about not being invited to the wedding.
