Yes, this is the right order.

The order on trakt is the broadcast order.
The DVD order is the correct, intended order.

I wish they would list as DVD order. It messes up my scrobbling of saved episodes.

The order you're putting it in is the right one. I've seen the same wrong ones several places. Doesn't makes sense if you see it like IMDB or Trakt lists them. Although the pictures from the episodes are in the right orde. So the pictures doen't match the episode.

Is there any chance the order can be "Fixed" to be the "proper" DVD order?

@ptknight Serenity was filmed for the pilot, but the execs at Fox didn't want it for the pilot so they aired it almost last. The DVD has them arranged how they were meant to be aired.

@ptknight The DVD order is the correct one. FOX didn't air the episodes in the right order, some episodes aired even a year after the rest.

@ptknight No, when the series aired, the episodes were not aired in their proper order, which was a complain about the series back then. The DVD set has them in the correct order.
