The beginning of one of my favorite sub-plots of the show: Arya acting as Tywin's cup-bearer. There are so many times when I'm convinced that he knows who she is, but knowing how important Arya would be in securing Jaime's release -- they'd have both Stark girls as hostages -- it's probably unlikely he'd just let her going on being his cup-bearer once he figured it out.
It's fascinating watching Arya coming to begrudgingly "respect" Tywin's leadership and mind even though she desperately wants him dead. There are times where you can tell how conflicted she is about this.
