A 1/10 rating is (obviously) the lowest possible rating, reserved only for the worst of the worst.
While I don't personally agree with the 8+ ratings, you're just as bad, perhaps worse, for rating it 1/10.
It was an ok movie. Not great, maybe not even good, but not 1/10 bad.
