I had read the book a while ago and was not a huge fan. The movie is alright as long as one does not expect too much. Nice to see Stephen Fry in it—even though his role is a bit weird. Some details were left out but I guess that makes sense for an adaptation. Ended up being 2h long anyway. Could not have been as enjoyable if it had been much longer.
