@santiagolipe have seen the movie three times and still enjoy it. Went out and got the book the next day. As always when they take a book and make it into a movie. Not everything can be done and some character changes and scenarios get removed and unfortunately it happens. There's only so much that can come from a book and made into a movie. It won't please everyone but that's just how it is. Case in point Love, Simon made into a movie. But when reading the book. You can see what was left out. It's about time constraint and naturally the budget.

I still have not read the book, but I really liked this movie, got some good laughs out of me and on the emotional scenes I was genuinely touched. The two lead actors have a lot of chemistry, which was important for the movie. also props for Uma Thurman, Stephen Fry, Clifton Collins Jr., Rachel Gilson and the rest of the cast, they're were all great. it's a 10 for me, and I'll definitely buy the book!
