TVDB lists the three missing episodes: Archer Waking Up As H. Jon Benjamin and Heart of Archness: 1-3 as specials. Perhaps because they aired a few months before the actual season premiere. I dunno it's very confusing xD. If you watched these episodes just tick them off in specials for now.
