I have only seen the last 3/4 of this film, so, AFAIK, the setup was nonsense, like so many other blockbusters, but I quite enjoyed myself for the majority of the film, thanks in no small part to Michael Keaton, Tomei, and Holland's chemistry and dynamics. After all, studies have shown Michael Keaton would make 87% of films better ;)

What resulted was the first Em-Sea-Ewe film I found worth watching since Iron Man 2. And the writers of Infinity War deciding to make Thanos an actual character has been the only thing since that has drawn my interest to the date of this writing. This may be the only one that I think really got it right, and wasn't a disappointment that squandered its source material, regardless of entertainment value. I may even bother to watch this again, fully, at some point.
