Too slow-paced, stupid costumes and stage. Bad acting and FX. It feels terribly obsolete. I like this episode though. It starts mysterious. It tackles an interesting philosophical topic: When is a creature (aka a state) benevolent? Is providing the essentials like order, tranquility and peace enough although authorities must fight those who want a say?
