Good episode. I think my only real gripe would be that the head warlord guy and his goons seemed much more unhinged than the rest of the people living in the community, who were depicted as being just regular survivor types. I also feel for that reason, it seemed unlikely the reformed/trying to be better Negan would join them with that guy in charge. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the twist of him being there and the episode overall was tense and entertaining.

@2ls1t - Yeah, I initially thought he was just crazy too, but as the conversation went on, I began to see it differently.

The "unhinged" appearance is mostly a mask, all the leaders wear it when necessary to appear more formidable. It's also a case of them starving, hence the willingness to accept the MRE "gifts", Warlord guy appears to have been making sure his people got the brunt of the food while he probably went without. So, yeah, half hunger, half fiercely protective leader, expecially when they've come up against other unscrupulous people (and he's not wrong). We've seen that same look of "madness" in Rick and Maggie when times have been rough.
