It mixes psychological fears and pains - that are not just related to the story, or to the people of the XIX century environment in which the series is realized - and besides, it wants to share with us the deeply desperation of the characters. Even if we know that Mina Murray or Dr. Frankenstein are fictional, their emotions are completely real. Plus on this series are the Victorian age and Gothic stories: costumes and the landscapes of the Era are great!
