At around 18.20 there is a scene where Mike negotiates with Jonathan. Mike says, "I want a 50% increase in base salary. I want a guaranteed bonus not tied to our investment returns, a four-week vacation, and I want a piece" What exactly does Mike mean by piece? Does he mean that he wants a piece/share of the company? Or does it mean something else? Can someone explain?
