Honestly surprised that the hospital group is still alive. They seem naïve and broken.
This officer lady likes to toot her own horn. She's so full of it. Every chance she gets she seems to go on and on about the great things she's done or what good things have come out of the hard decisions she had to make. Sounds more to me like she's struggling to justify her poor decisions.
I also really like Noah and I hope he sticks around.
