When Lori heard that Rick killed Shane she just realized she wanted Shane all along. It's hideous, but I guess very real-life. Also, what's with not keeping eye on your kid, he's barely a teenager (how old is he here, like 10-11?) Just fucking stay with him all the time like you supposed to, especially when there's a zombie apocalypse? Anyway, the ending made a good intro to the next season.
