I actually enjoyed Birds of Prey more than Joker. Where the latter is a one way street, with a clear and well known destination and absolutely zero surprises on the way there, Birds of Prey is silly, with some amusing twists.
Sadly only the first half really shined, giving Robbie/Quinn plenty of opportunity to develop some details and character depth. Once when the team is united, there was no room left for any further character development for any of them.
