I sometimes find Michael very annoying instead of funny, and for the most part of this episode he was very VERY annoying. Luckily, the episode was hilarious overall (...and heartbreaking, poor Pam).

I hope Jim gets his desk back. And I can't believe Ryan toom it from him!!
I was sympathetic for Ryan's plight, but not anymore.
