A simple and logical, but also reasonable and so disappointing ending to this season.
The make up with Diane is as strange as their big fight. It took a lot but Bojack progressed a little more, and tries to have more accountability. She just totally changed her discourse and says there is no good or bad (probably because she feels shitty for sleeping with Mr Peanutbutter). This just accentuates how fake I found their fight two episodes ago.
Anyway, can't believe it took five whole season to see a rehab, that seems crazy.

Henry Fondle is done, and this is what has the most impact of everything that happened, hmmm, sure.
The whole episode is pretty bland. Only two highlights. 1) Bojack's behavior is a huge improvement. When he realizes what he's done and want to make things right. When he manages to not screw up the interview and not make it about himself. When he talks to Diane. When he stops himself from taking the pills. And the decision to go to rehab. 2) The situation with GIna is remarkably handled, taking into account the complexity of their personal and professional relationship, the show, her carreer, the PR stunt, how it's impossible to make things right on all front at once.
