This aired quite a while ago. I just watched it, and it'd been a few months since watching previous episodes.
It was emotionally satisfying: I had really gotten depressed thinking Syd was as broken as David...and, wouldn't the world be better if they both were in love like they used to be. But, seeing Syd's face at the end of this episode, looking light...it just seemed as though a bunch of emotional baggage had evaporated.
And, though I don't know what's gonna happen, I don't need to worry about Syd [brings a tear to my eye].
